UNITED STATES: Chicago to re-impose some COVID-19 measures from 24 July 2020

The U.S. city of Chicago's mayor announced today that she will re-impose some COVID-19 measures from 24 July; this includes a ban on indoor service at establishments where alcohol is served, and a shutdown of personal services that require the removal of face coverings, such as shaves and facials. While the measures are seemingly not in direct response to any major spikes in cases within the city, they're part of a drive to ensure that Chicago does not return to the peak levels that it previously experienced.
